What is Technic View?
Technic View is a modern structure featuring a louvered roof with a quiet scissor mechanism that allows smooth sliding of the louvers and full opening of the space above. The roof can be fully opened, closed, or stopped at any intermediate position. During opening, the louvers gradually change their angle – from horizontal (0°) to vertical (90°) – then align parallel and slide to the side, forming a compact stack that occupies only 25% of the total roof area.
Dimension accurate to 1 mm
The use of an additional gutter allows the overhang to be designed with an accuracy of 1 mm (instead of increments determined by the louver width), making it easier to adapt the structure to complex architectural layouts.

Combining a louvered roof with a glass roof is a highly functional solution. It merges the benefits of an openable aluminum roof with a fixed glass roof. The glass roof provides maximum natural light while protecting against precipitation, without casting shade over the area. It allows you to illuminate the part of the terrace you want. The louvered roof ensures air circulation and lets you control the level of sunlight. When closed, the louvers protect against rain and fully shade the terrace.
